The Run Down

Charlie, who belongs to the OC Trail Runners group is the latest in a long line of bloggers.  He doesn’t post often, but it is well worth it when he does.  His posts are hilarious (even if a bit "stretched" on truth).  He did post recently about the last OCTR run which I did not take part in.  I did show up briefly for the post-run "fun".  You are sure to learn some true and some un-true things about our running group – but rest assured it will always be entertaining. (don’t forget to tell him what color his shirt is in the picture on his blog)
