#4 Moment of 2009

#4 Moment of 2009: Solo 50K.  In lieu of not running Lake Tahoe (for various reasons), I opted for a solo 50K "jaunt" around Lake Oswego.  It was tough at times but I made it.  My only 26.2+ mile run of 2009.

    Solo runs are interesting. I haven’t run a whole marathon by myself, but I’ve run good parts of them by myself and it definitely makes a difference to have someone to talk to!
