Well.. my foot.. I think I have a mild case of posterior tendinitis. Last night my track workout seemed okay but I still feel it in my foot (didn’t feel really at all while I was running). My run tonight will dictate whether or not I run my race on Saturday (any pain = not race). I may just need to take it easy for a week or two…

Wow, you are clearly one of those people that take on life with gusto. Look at all those projects!! I admire that, truly. Be careful on the potential tendonitis though…always ice it even if you have a pain free run. An ounce of prevention, and all that…(it’s true!)
Sorry to hear you are still having foot issues. I hope they do not hold you down for too long. I know you are chomping at the bit to get out and run some races. =)
