I like rain. The liquid kind though – and not the kind when someone else tries to rain on your parade (they only can if you let them!). Rain in moderation though… I DID manage to have a great 3.1 mile run in the rain with Tobey last night. It was pushing 48 degrees I think so was not too horrible but it was pretty chilly by the end after I was fairly wet (at least my ears thought it was cold). 48 and rainy is HUGELY different than 40 and rainy!
I’ve been busy with Twin Peaks lately. It’s 4 weeks to race day and I still have about 5-6 volunteer spots to fill. I also only have about 15-20 spots left in the race so a sell out is imminent. Shirts are ordered. Medals are ordered. Travel is booked. First aid is covered. Communications team is overstocked. Stockings are getting hung by the chimney with care…
