18.5 miles on my mountain bike in 2 hours (Hey there were plenty of hills!). It was a fun and challenging ride. Best workout I’ve had in a long time. It’s no running but the biking thing is sure catching on with me and I haven’t had a workout that hard since my insanity moment when I decided to go up Joplin Trail with a bike.
I’m tired. And it feels good.
