O-fer

As in O-fer 6 and O-fer 2.  I haven't run in over a week.  It's been one incident after another this year it seems!  I have been playing softball and Sunday we managed to go from 2-0 to 2-2.  I sure didn't help at the plate with no hits in 6 at bats (and one sacrafice fly).  Not a good day for the Outlaws but you can't win em all I guess!  Well some teams can maybe…

My quad problem seems to be much better so I plan to get back in my running shoes today or tomorrow.  Need to get rid of some of this weight I've gained from not running much this year!

Tomorrow night I'm excited to go see Derek Webb, Jennifer Knapp & Amy Courts.  Should be a great show!
