Arm Bike

And I thought the treadmill was boring… :)   Actually it wasn't too bad – but not the most exciting thing I've done in my life.  Yes – for  cardio exercise I'm pretty much limited to the arm bike for now.  For months?  Christina and I signed up for the gym on Sunday (finally!) and I made my first trip today.  20 minutes on the arm bike followed by weights, abs, and leg raises.  It's kinda hard to get the heart going too much on the arm bike but it's better than nothing.  It does let you work up a little bit of a sweat and I'm sure as I get used to it and my arms get strong I can get the heart pumping a little more.  Hopefully!

Oh and I'm also the proud owner of a pair of Vibram KSO Fivefingers now.  Love em!  I can break into them easy with walking only since I can't run for a while anyway.  I may get the new trail version as well.  Not that I'll be on a lot of trails in the near future but I think they are pretty cute in the gray/green color :)
