No, not running. Biking. At the gym. It may not seem like much but for someone who had their knee nearly blown out about 9 weeks (seems like 9 months!), I’ll take what I can get! I’m actually at about 18 miles of gym cycling for the month of July and will top 20 after my gym trip tonight. It’s not running and it’s not outdoors but it’s better than no activity at all. Hopefully in about 3-4 more weeks I can start “light” running and get outside on a bike (which I need to get!). Assuming I’m in Oregon for months longer, there is only about 4-8 weeks left of “good” outdoor weather so I’m looking forward to being able to take advantage of some of that weather.
Progress. Slowly but surely…
