Last night at Nike was Get Fit Girl time again. We had 5 women show up for the 3 mile run! Myself, Nat, and Janese ran from the store. Nat and I were up front with a girl who just moved here from…. Minnesota! What a small world! Just two months ago she moved here. Wow. My difficult coworker was there after I finished, changed and started working. But fate smiled on my side as she was sent home early 
I’m exicted for a good 18 mile trail run tomorrow morning. Lisa is running the whole thing and I think Autumn is joining in around mile 4.
Long runs left until June 10th (I pushed my taper out one more week):
I don’t know what I have planned for my 22-23 mile run but the 24 mile run is going to be awesome (and challenging!) This run will go up Santiago and Joplin Trail. Hit Modjeska Peak (second highest peak in range) and descend down Harding Truck Trail. The profile is below.
