Catching Up…

I’ve been super busy and definitely need to some catching up in my blog!

Christina and I went to Minnesota about a week ago for 4 days.  It was a pretty good time despite the circumstances under which we went and the tragedy that took place during my step-dads memorial service.  My brother’s girlfriend of 17 years had a massive stroke.  You can read her story here.  I’ll write more about that trip soon.

I am going to California on Thursday for The Harding Hustle 30K. That’s been keeping me pretty busy lately!  I’ll recap that too once I’m back.

I saw my original doctor last week who told me my ACL was getting better.  That’s not usually possible and my surgeon thought that maybe it was fully torn.  I’m seeing a 3rd doctor tomorrow just to be sure but I’m still likely to have surgery next Thursday unless I hear something amazing.  I’ll run this all by my surgeon at my pre-op on Monday either way.
